Microwave source configuration:

2. Cavity:
The heating chamber is 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel frosted plate forming, the frame is made of 3mm thick stainless steel frame, and the fixing foot is installed at the bottom of the fixing frame. Machine design, manufacturing process, meet the requirements of production equipment. Made of stainless steel, except for moving parts, other parts are fixed parts, safe and reliable, smooth operation.

4. Temperature measurement and control
A thermometer (C13A/XMT60X) is equipped from feeding to discharging to monitor the real-time temperature of materials from feeding to discharging, and the upper and lower limits of temperature control (such as 40–45℃) can be set according to the actual drying effect for automatic power adjustment. Prevent the material from overheating or underheating, ensure the best effect of material sterilization.
