7 Steps to show you How are paper straws made?
Step1: Purchase of raw material

Step3: Slitting of kraft paper
1. Check the splitting machine to see if its function well
2. put the brown paper on the axle of the machine
3. Open the machine to cut
4. Inspectors make and record the initial & in-process inspection

Step4: Production of Straws
1. Check the splitting machine to see if its function well
2. Put the Kraft paper roll on the axle of the machine
3. Pour the straw glue into the tank of the machine
4. Start the machine to produce paper straw
Step5: Drying & Sterilized
1. Check the dryer to see if its function well
2. Group leader divided the packaging materials
3. Inspectors make and record the initial & in-process inspection after the straws are Baked to a certain degree
4. Operators conduct self-inspection of semi-finished straw in the baking room
5. The operator on shift deal with dryer’s abnormal situation
6. Operators on the shift shall clean the dryers turn off the power after getting off work
Step6: Packing
1. Group leader collect packing materials from the warehouse
2. Group leader divided the packing materials
3. Group leader divided the semi-finished straws
4. Team leader explain the packing requirements
5. Workers start packaging
6. Inspectors carry out the first, patrol inspection and record
7. inspector make a final inspection and record the outer carton after complete packing
After the packaging is completed, all employees shall clean the working table and the surrounding area
Step7: Finished Product Storage
1. Deliver the goods to the Warehouse Manager, The finished product warehouse manager should do the delivery preparation according to the sales department plan
2. Arrange delivery of Finished product and make a delivery record.
